Rental Fee for 8 hours (Monday – Thursday) $550.00
Rental Fee for 8 hours (Friday – Sunday and Most Holidays) $650.00
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day -$850.00
New Year's Eve and New Year's Day - $850.00
Set-up time usually takes 3 hours and 4 hours are available for the event and 1 hour for clean-up.
The venue is only rented once per day.
Rates include a Bluetooth speaker system, Wi-Fi, beautiful ceiling drapes, backdrop, chairs, and tables to accommodate up to 80 people seating.
Deposit required to reserve date: $250.00

We do accept most forms of payments
The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of the rental date if no damage occurs.
The rental fee balance and the security deposit must be paid two weeks before the event date.
All events must finish by 11:00 pm,
Overtime fee (Over 8 hours) $50 per hour

Jazz night Thursdays
We invite all who enjoy playing the piano to join us on Thursday night from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm for a night of piano playing and soft music. You must register in advance to participate.
